Delivery and Despatch

As part of our service we offer free postage and packing on orders of £50 or over with UK postcodes. For orders under £50 we charge a fee of £2.99. All items are sent via Royal Mail 24 hour parcel post and require a signature, in the event that you are not available to receive the delivery, Royal Mail will leave a non delivery card, please contact them for further details. All orders over £50 but which need to be shipped outside the UK will be charged £2.99.

We endeavour to despatch all order within 24 hours, in the rare event that the item is out of stock please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. For Leather items please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.

Wrapping

All items will be despatched in plain none descript packaging.

Payment

Payment is by secure Debit/Credit card, all payments are entered on a secure 128 bit encrypted page supplied by the bank Secure Trading Ltd and not by our company, this means that your details are secure and at no time do our company or staff have access to your credit card details, they go directly to your bank and are not shared with any 3rd party. You will then receive a confirmation from Secure Trading Ltd Bank confirming your payment and a similar email from Soho-Lingerie.co.uk confirming your order. All Credit and Debit card statements will show payment to “365interactive Ltd” and not Soho-lingerie ensuring total discretion at all times.

Returns

We offer a 100% returns guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have received, we will exchange them or refund you, provided that you return them in the original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept hosiery items Toys, Lubricants or Oils if the pack has been opened. Our normal returns period is 7 days from when you receive the goods and any returns must be received by us within that period. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however replacement items you will not be charged again for delivery. Charges for postage on returned goods must be paid for by the sender and when posting goods it is advisable to keep the proof of posting. A Letter explaining the reason for return must accompany the returned product. A Returns Number must be obtained prior to sending your items back. This Returns number must be written on the returned product packaging. Failure to do so will result in a delay or refusal on a refund or replacement.

Privacy

Any information entered into www.soho-lingerie.co.uk is for the fulfilment of your order only, we may from time to time use the information to inform you of any offers or price reductions within our own product range We will give you the option to refuse any marketing email from and no information will be passed to any third party, and is held securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
