Returns

We offer a 100% returns guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have received, we will exchange them or refund you, provided that you return them in the original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept hosiery items Toys, Lubricants or Oils if the pack has been opened.

Please note that we can not accept returned items on incorrect sizes. Our size guide is accurate so please use the guide to make sure that your order is correct.

Our normal returns period is 7 days from when you receive the goods and any returns must be received by us within that period. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however replacement items you will not be charged again for delivery. Charges for postage on returned goods must be paid for by the sender and when posting goods it is advisable to keep the proof of posting. A Letter explaining the reason for return must accompany the returned product. A Returns Number must be obtained prior to sending your items back. This Returns number must be written on the returned product packaging. Failure to do so will result in a delay or refusal on a refund or replacement.
